Belay Technologies is seeking an Entry-Level and Mid-Level CNO Analyst/Programmer to join our fun and innovative team. Entry-Level CNO Analyst/Programmer:

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering. Certifications in MCSE, RHCE, CEH, CCNA, or CISSP preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years experience with system (Windows, Linux, or Solaris) and network administration

Candidates are required to have the following skills:

  • Thorough C Development skills
  • Can work well with a TEAM

Candidates are desired to have the following skills:

  • Experience with Networks
  • Experience with  IPv4 Protocol and Networking
  • Experience with Python

Mid-Level CNO Analyst/Programmer:

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering. Certifications in MCSE, RHCE, CEH, CCNA, or CISSP preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years experience with system (Windows, Linux, or Solaris) and network administration
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience with network protocols, network routing devices, computer security devices, security architectures, methodologies, and tools
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience installing and configuring VMWare products (GSX, ESX, And Workstations)
  • Minimum one (1) year of scripting experience (Python, Perl, VB script, or Unix shell scripts)

Candidates are required to have the following skills:

  • Thorough C Development skills
  • Experience with Networks
  • Experience with  IPv4 Protocol and Networking
  • Can work well with a TEAM
  • Experience with Python

Candidates are desired to have the following skills:

  • Able to install and configure network security devices, such as firewalls and network Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
  • Able to install and configure anti-virus software and spy-ware protection software
  • Able to design, write, and execute software test plans
  • Experience with configuration management, IP management, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in designing and implementing network architecture scenarios containing various operating system and application versions including Linux, Solaris, and Windows
  • Able to replicate real-world network and system scenarios in a lab environment
  • Technical writing skills capable of accurately describing lab design, tool usage, and tool testing procedures

Mid CNO Analyst/Programmer - (with Test Engineering experience):

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering. Certifications in MCSE, RHCE, CEH, CCNA, or CISSP preferred
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience with system (Windows, Linux, or Solaris) and network configurations
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting CNO development
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in computer security products on design, installation, configuration, and operational use

Candidates are required to have the following skills:

  • Responsible for automated end-to-end system testing of capabilities for network devices
  • Experience developing automated test scripts using Python, Ruby, or SmartBear
  • Understanding and knowledge of dataflow and operational tools

Salary Range: $70,000 to $190,000
