Belay Technologies is seeking a System Engineer to join our intel team. We are seeking a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide the engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO. The successful candidate will be able to elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation including transformation into a standard data model. The individual will form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users. They will have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture. They will work as a key contributor in and agile development environment.

Job Description: 

Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases:

  • Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement
  • Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts
  • Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
  • Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288.

Candidates should have the following qualifications: 

  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience.

    OR

    A High School Diploma or GED plus ten (10) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area).

    OR

    A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience

    OR

    A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience.
     

Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
  • Operational experience/demonstrated experience in data flow engineering, data processing, and National to Tactical integration/Tech SIGINT

Salary Range: $168,000 to $240,000
