Java Developer
Belay Technologies is seeking a mid to senior level Software Engineer to join our Intel team supporting the Multi-Factor Authentication Management System (MFAMS), a cybersecurity web application enabling enterprise ICAM services. In this role, you will develop, enhance, test and maintain complex Java-based software systems, implement new features, resolve defects, and contribute across the full software lifecycle within a collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates have strong Java development experience, define and deliver capabilities in an agile team, and provide input on system design, testing, and integration of COTS/GOTS solutions.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- 8+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines. An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years
- 3 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains
- Java Development Experience
- Ability to review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results and correct code as needed
- Experience Performing Development in the eVo environment to include familiarity and use of tools in the environment (GreyBox, Spring, Docker etc.)
- Use of Gitlab, CI/CD, build pipelines
- Understanding of Full Stack development
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
- Familiar with AWS
- Perform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements
- Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application
- Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.
- Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML
- Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
- Experience with engaging with leadership, customers, and interfacing teams

Salary Range level dependent: $90,000.00 to $210,000.00
