This SkillBridge opportunity is designed for a transitioning U.S. Department of Defense service member seeking executive-level operations management exposure within a government contracting (GovCon) organization. You will participate in a structured, hands-on training program focused on understanding how a GovCon business operates across contracts, compliance, finance, staffing, business development, product delivery, and marketing.

Salary Range: $185,000.00 to $260,000.00
