Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our intel team. Join a team of innovative developers that are responsible for providing a new modernized collaboration and business process solution to facilitate information exchange between various DOD and Industry Partners. Primary responsibility will be providing application development and production support. The end product will be an automated solution to register and track information vital to the enterprise. Engage with the customer throughout the development process, elicit requirements, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely delivery of the solution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into a final product. The position will require working on a fast-paced team in an agile environment and a willingness to take on challenges to creatively solve customer requirement problem sets. The opportunity to telework one day a week is offered for this effort.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering. Ten (10) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Experience with one of the following JavaScript or CSS frameworks: React, Bootstrap, with the willingness and ability to pivot to one of the others
Working understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Ability to work during core hours of 10AM-2PM Monday – Friday. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
Experience with Coldfusion
Experience with Java applications
Experience with GitLab
Experience with Agile methodologies
Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section508 compliance)
UX (User Experience) or UI (User Interface) design experience can benefit the candidate
