Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Network Capability Developer) to join our intel team. You will design, build, and evaluate container-driven networking and proof-of-concepts (PoCs). The role blends cloud networking expertise, Linux system administration, and software automation. The role will also provide system compliance guidance and document all solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Create networking focused container-based proof of concepts.
  • Develop Python/Bash automation for environment provisioning, telemetry collection, and posttest reporting.
  • Provide support, troubleshooting, and system compliance guidance.
  • Document design, SOPs, and training materials; brief stakeholders on findings and recommendations.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
  • Familiarity with WS, Azure, or GCP networking services.
  • Docker (> 3yr), Kubernetes (>2 yr), Python (> 3 yr), Bash (> 4yr).
  • Deep knowledge of TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTPS, TLS.
  • Linux system administration, iptables/nftables.
  • CI/CD Gitlab CI, Terraform/Ansible.

Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.

Salary Range: $190,000 to $240,000
