Belay Technologies is seeking a Network Engineer with a focused disciplined supporting Communications Security (COMSEC) operations. The candidate would support a small team of COMSEC professionals in a secure environment.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Full Scope polygraph is required.
- The candidate must demonstrate at least five (5) years' experience supporting COMSEC related activities.
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) additional years of experience in Network Engineering disciplines may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Shall possess the following: Network+ or; CCNA Routing & Switching or; CCNA Security or; CCNA Video or; any such equivalent as approved by CORT. Contractor must obtain certification prior to being accepted on contract.
Candidates are required to have the following skills:
- Utilize the COMSEC Accounting Reporting Database System (CARDS) to distribute COMSEC equipment for validated needs of users
- Consolidate and analyze COMSEC equipment requirements utilizing both user input and historical data to create a justifiable overall COMSEC requirement
- Through failure trend analysis recommend adequate stockpile of COMSEC equipment ancillaries including but not limited to; batteries, cables, software, and power supplies
- Identify equipment that requires technology upgrade or replacement and present options
- Obtain and sustain technical expertise on troubleshooting and organic level repair of common COMSEC equipment including but not limited to; SKL, STE, Viper, OMNI, KG 175B, KG 175D, KG 250 and KG 250X
- Maintain all required paperwork, training and reporting
- Periodically field trouble calls from remote customers to assist the operation of their COMSEC equipment
- Provide an alternate COMSEC custodian to perform duties in accordance with customer’s policy that outlines the handling Control of Communication Security (COMSEC) Material.

Salary Range:
$105,000 to $200,000
