Belay Technologies is seeking a Front Office Staff Support Specialist to join our intel team. The Staff Support Specialist on TTO10 will provide administrative support to the organization Chief of Staff. The individual will track, create, and answer actions, requests for information, and data calls. Daily tasking includes creating, sub-tasking, and closing Track-it actions for the entire organization. The ideal candidate will be junior to mid-level and possess exceptional organization skills, persistency, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Responsibilities:
Receive, prepare, and manage actions using Track-it and tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure actions are answered completely and in a timely manner.
Organize task content to ensure clear instructions are provided to complete the task.
Consolidate task feedback to provide a single response to higher organizations.
Monitor actions to ensure responses are received on time and provide to the appropriate organization.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
4 yrs., B.S. in any discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.
Candidates are required to have the following skills:

Salary Range: $70,000 to $190,000
