Belay Technologies is seeking a System Administrator to join our intel team. This is a NIGHT FLOATER position.  The normal schedule is 7 pm - 5 am, Monday - Thursday.  The floating occurs when this role covers other shifts if coworkers are on leave.  For example, most other roles work 12-hour night shifts from 5 pm to 5 am.  Therefore tthis floater position might work a 12-hour shift  on a Friday night from 5 pm - 5 am if someone is sick or on leave.

The ​System Administrator - Shift (SA-S) Skill Level 1 - 32347 will join a team of similar individuals who work alongside the government on a 24x7 desk to support field sites.

Candidates should have the following qualifications: 
  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • Five (5) years’ experience as an SA on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required
  • Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
  • Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
  • Provide support for escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
  • Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, etc.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
  • Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
  • Monitor and notify according to procedures.  Monitor screens and site data for issues.

Salary Range: $114,000 to $164,000
