Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (DevOps) to join our intel team. Senior DevOps Software Engineer working on MIDDLEWARE III Bridge (TTO5) in support of the Corporate Reusable Software team (EndPoint Services). The focus is on the continuous development, improvement and customization of tools used for the classification application validation and comparison in access control systems. Development will be in both classified and unclassified environments within the .NET ecosystem/C# on Windows platforms. This position requires someone with a proven track record of leading enterprise level large scale software development efforts. Senior DevOps Software Engineer working on MIDDLEWARE III Bridge (TTO5) in support of the Corporate Reusable Software team (EndPoint Services). Candidates should have the following qualifications: 
  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines
  • 8 years of Software Engineering experience.  An additional 4+ years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years. 
  • 2+ years’ experience with Linux, Eclipse, Maven, and Java
  • 2+ years’ work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains.
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
  • Must have leadership skills and the ability to keep the project on point and within scope
  • The ability to direct development tasks: ensure the team adheres to schedule, achieves milestones and follows established processes and adheres to standard development practices
  • Must create and monitor issues reported to vendors
  • Must be very organized and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and direct SE and developers in support of effort and tool improvement
  • Must understand enterprise level application requirements. 
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community Markings System (ICMS) Register and Manual, data security policies, and common data marking formats for classified environments
  • Expertise in .NET framework and C# development with proficiency in object-oriented programming principles
  • Experience with Titus Data classification products and the corporate Identity and Access Management (IdAM) solution, specifically attributes and authorization is a plus
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft PowerShell to create/maintain installation scripts
  • Ability to build and manage servers in AWS or MASH environments
  • Experience in use of Python/GitLab
  • Familiarity with multi-threaded applications and optimization techniques for complex processes and data structures
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Salary Range: $190,000 to $240,000
